Awzsome is not a general-purpose AI assistant. It is not a substitute for professional advice in areas including medical, legal, financial, or safety matters. Always consult qualified professionals for such advice.
Awzsome does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any information provided. Business details, prices, and offers may change. Always verify directly with the business before making purchasing decisions.
Awzsome is completely free for consumers. There are no charges, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. You will never be asked to pay to find local services or deals. Standard WhatsApp data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Awzsome displays business information from two sources:
Awzsome is not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses, the accuracy of prices or hours advertised, any transactions between users and businesses, or expired deals that may still appear in search results.
By submitting a deal through the Awzsome vendor WhatsApp channel, you confirm that:
Awzsome reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any deal submission at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
Violations may result in permanent suspension from the service without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awzsome LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Awzsome shall not exceed $100 USD.
Awzsome is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
Awzsome operates through the WhatsApp Business API and complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution terms. By using Awzsome you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at whatsapp.com/legal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Awzsome shall be resolved in the courts of San Joaquin County, California.
