The short version: Awzsome helps you find local deals. It is free for consumers, and free for businesses in Manteca. We are a signpost, not the shop — we do not run the businesses we list and we are not responsible for what they do. You must be 18 or older. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Awzsome, the business that provides this service.
In these terms, “Awzsome Parties” means Awzsome together with its owners, founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors and affiliates. Where these terms limit liability or provide protection, that protection extends to every one of the Awzsome Parties individually, not only to Awzsome itself.
By messaging Awzsome on WhatsApp and replying YES to our welcome message, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, reply NO or STOP and we will not proceed.
You must be 18 or older to use Awzsome. By accepting, you confirm that you are.
Awzsome is a task-specific information service that helps you find local businesses, services and deals near your location. It is delivered through WhatsApp.

We do not warrant that any information is accurate, current, complete or available. Prices change, offers end, businesses close, and staff may be unaware of a deal their owner submitted. Always confirm with the business before you rely on anything you see here.
Awzsome is free for consumers. There is no subscription, no charge and no payment information required.
Listing a business in Manteca, California is currently free. We may introduce charges for business listings in other cities or in future. We will tell businesses before any charge applies, and no charge will ever apply without a business agreeing to it first.
Your mobile carrier’s standard data charges may apply to WhatsApp messages.
If you submit a deal, you represent and warrant that:
We may reject, edit, suspend or remove any submission at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice or explanation. Publishing a deal is not an endorsement of the business.
Deals expire automatically on the end date you accept at submission. You are responsible for the consequences of a deal you submitted, including honouring it.
When you claim a deal we issue a code beginning AWZM. The code identifies the offer; it is not money, it has no cash value, and it is not transferable or for sale. Whether to accept a code is the business’s decision, and any dispute about honouring a deal is between you and that business.
We may cancel or invalidate codes that we believe are being misused.

Awzsome relies on services we do not own or control, including WhatsApp and Meta, Google, OpenAI and our hosting and database providers. If any of them changes, fails, restricts us or goes down, Awzsome may be delayed, degraded or unavailable. The Awzsome Parties are not liable for any of that. We may change, suspend or discontinue Awzsome, in whole or in part, at any time.
Business listings, deals and third-party information are not ours. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for them. Any dealings you have with a business — including quality, price, safety, licensing, service or payment — are strictly between you and that business.
The Awzsome name, logo, website and service are ours or our licensors’. You may not use them without written permission. By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awzsome is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory. The Awzsome Parties expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Awzsome will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any information it gives you is accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Awzsome Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of Awzsome — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Awzsome Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to Awzsome shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
These limits apply because Awzsome is provided free of charge and because they reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between us. They are a fundamental basis of this agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including, under California Civil Code section 1668, liability for fraud, wilful injury, or violation of law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Awzsome Parties from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to: your use of Awzsome; your breach of these terms; your violation of any law or of anyone’s rights; or any content you submit.
Business owners additionally agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Awzsome Parties from and against any claim arising out of or relating to: any deal you submit; your failure to honour a deal; the accuracy of anything you tell us; the goods or services you provide; your compliance or non-compliance with any law, licence or permit; and any dispute between you and a customer.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved.
First, talk to us. Email legal@awzsome.com describing the problem. Most things can be sorted informally, and we ask you to give us 30 days to try.
If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to Awzsome or these terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered in San Joaquin County, California, rather than in court — except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
Class action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing legal@awzsome.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your WhatsApp number and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and affects nothing else.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell active users by WhatsApp message. Continuing to use Awzsome after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, reply STOP. The current version always sits at awzsome.com/terms.html with its effective date at the top.
